All this information is overwhelming especially as many systems seem to go on pause over the holiday time. It is odd because it is also a time when many people feel we need our systems to be operating at an increased capacity the opposite is happening. So how do we respond when it feels like we have already been responding to the maximum of our abilities over the last 2 years?

Inspiration & Action For Young Leaders
For a year and a half I've been trying to create a space where mentors, educators and others who want to bring inspiration, motivation and opportunity to young leaders can come together. That space is a Facebook group called Inspiration & Action for Young Leaders!
Algorithm Experiment
There once was a facebook group, and within that facebook group an experiment went down. This experiment was to examine the algorithm and see which emotions really get prioritized. I was surprised at the results!
