“Auntie Style” means systems and workers are rooted in the concept of kinship and are able to provide culturally safe care. Check out a report that Indigenous youth from Winnipeg contributed to sharing their hopes for primary care for themselves and their loved ones.

Lighten up Michael! Don’t be boring! Looking ahead to the year of 2024 I wanted to brighten up my online presence and presentations - inspired by the titled page of my first kids book We Need Everyone (out January 2024). The wavy lines, yellow, red and teal colouring and the new MRC logo will help me step into the new year with a little more colour, movement and excitement! I also answered a question of what I would like to see happen in terms of how non Indigenous people can live together with Indigenous peoples, you’ll be surprised how I answered!
