Michael on The Joyful Project Podcast
Podcasts eh? They cram so much information into each episode and it feels like you are there with the hosts and the guests. I have been fortunate to have been invited to a couple podcasts recently and am happy to share the recording and the whole experience with you!
Yesterday The Joyful Project Podcast released episode 6, an episode where I was able to spend 45 minutes with host Andrew (it was our first time “meeting”). We discussed We Need Everyone (and this campaign), we talked about the internal voice that we talk to ourselves with and I shared some of my strategies for increasing joy in my own life.
I first connected to The Joyful Project when I was invited to host an all star musical line up of talent called “Concert for Socks” to fund-raise for Main Street Project. The new date for the event is May 18 and, covid willing, we will have it in person at The Park Theatre!

This episode was maximum fun so be sure to check it out. We’re so happy for @northendmc and all his many gifts and initiatives, especially the upcoming release of his new book. Our newest episode is now live and you can listen today on all the usual podcast platforms. Enjoy!!
While on the podcast, I posed a number of questions to the host and listeners. One of them was: When was the last time you said to yourself “I’m the best!”? My point being, that we have to be careful and kind in how we speak to ourselves! This is one way we can increase joy.
Thank you for having me on your podcast, I am always impressed at the focus and determination exhibited by podcasts hosts to create and curate awesomeness for their listeners and community! Happy to be part of this and can’t wait for all the joyful connections we will be able to continue to make in the future!
