Michael Celebrates 38 Awesome Years

Thank you to everyone who has made me the person I am today. To everyone who has loved me and shared with me; laughed with me and cried with me; learned with me and lost with me - I am a mash up of everyone I have ever learned from and for that I am grateful.

Thank you to every land that has made me who I am today. To Shamattawa, to the North End of Winnipeg and to every community I have had the opportunity to visit with and experience. Thank you to the communities that have welcomed me with open arms, in celebration and in grief, in organizing and in visiting. Thank you all, kinanaskomitinow, for welcoming me into your families and helping me grow my kinship, my wahkotowin to include all of you too.
